The soil is where everything starts, returns, and begins anew.
Healthy food grown regeneratively nurtures the community around us
and the land beneath our feet.

Our Passions

  • Fresh Mushrooms.

Whether you try our Lion’s Main or our Oyster, they’re as fresh as fresh is ever going to get. We grow these beauties with loving care right here in Metter, GA, and even our growing substrate is locally sourced! Our mushrooms grow from the nutrients of our local soil and their spent substrate go directly back to that soil!

  • Regenerative Munchies.

Our chef knows our mushrooms on a first name basis, and he knows what path they want to follow. These snacks are shelf stable without the addition of any preservatives and sustainably packaged. We’ve used only the best regenerative ingredients around, thanks to our involvement with the Big Food Redesign Challenge!

  • Agricultural Byproduct Blends.

Farms are more productive than they know. But it’s hard to manage your own farming residuals when your primary focus is the quality of what you’re actually growing. That’s where we come in. We blend various local farm byproducts (much like Iron Chefs mix food ingredients), and in doing so we create value where there was once only waste.

What circular means to us.

Maybe dust to dust is a little too heavy for a mushroom website, so let’s just say soil to soil is our passion.

Mushrooms are extraordinary decomposers (and builders too by the way!) and we started 4 Fungi’s Regenerative because we know our food systems can do a lot better than they’re doing now. We know humans are innovative enough to grow, prepare and distribute food in ways that nurture nature so she can keep nurturing us.

We surround ourselves with our partners. Not only do we create our own products with agricultural residuals that would otherwise take up valuable farmland and generate methane in the process, but our own byproducts are shared with our mighty composting pals who operate on the same property.

We’re so circular it’ll make you dizzy. Just you wait and see.
